The personal data that are transmitted to us on our service booking forms, through our newsletter, via e-mail or otherwise, serves only and exclusively the following purposes: to streamline communication with customers and potential customers; publicize and promote the company's products and services; guarantee our provision of services in safe conditions; comply with legal regulations regarding insurance and billing; comply with the stipulated in hotel rooming lists; and, in the case of foreign citizens' own accommodation, respond to the obligation to identify customers with the Foreigners and Borders Service (SEF).

The nature of the data requested by the company does not include any material considered sensitive, being reduced to what is strictly necessary for the purposes mentioned above: name; e-mail and / or contact address; telephone contact when applicable; date of birth for insurance purposes; tax identification number for billing purposes; passport number for purposes of reporting to SEF; and height for the purpose of assigning equipment for the company's activities, when contracted.

7. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The personal data entrusted to us on the booking forms will not be stored in the databases of our websites, nor will they be transmitted to third parties, free of charge or for a fee, except in the cases mentioned in the following point.

8. RIGHT TO CORRECT AND DELETE PERSONAL DATA

Any request for updating or removing personal information transmitted through these forms or by any other means, can be requested directly to the company via email info@tracosdoutrora.com indicating, in both cases, the subject “alteration or removal of personal data ”.
It is the commitment of Traços d'Outrora, Lda to process these requests and close the update or deletion process within a maximum period of 30 days from the submission of the request.
An exception to this rule is the legal imperatives of data retention, as is the case with the retention periods of accounting documents, the handling of complaints when it does not depend only on our company, and legal proceedings, with the data subject being subject to the deadlines required and timely defined for each of these processes.
